Religious culture that applied in schools is an attempt to shape learners noble habits. As the purpose of national education, students strived develop his potential have spiritual power and character. So strategy religious development important be at school character are able successor nation Moslem minded. The focus this study how program development, implementation strategies it impacts on MAN Pematangsiantar SMK Negeri 1 Pematangsiantar. uses a qualitative approach with case studies drafts multi-case. collection data obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation study. informer research: lecturer Islamic guidance counseling, students. research used purposive sampling snowball technique.
